Update on The Rosseau Residences at The JW Marriott in Muskoka
After a beautiful fall, the colder weather is finally here in Ontario. We can't wait for summer to return so we can enjoy Muskoka but there is still so much to enjoy year round if you own a condo at The Rosseau Residences. In fact, I've attached some photos from a weekend trip we took 2 weeks ago. The air was so refreshing and the resort had lots of activity around the pool and the restaurants were great!
Regarding the sale of the existing condo/hotel units, there has been a delay owing to a legal review. Given it is a bulk, quantity sale of existing, income generating properties, there are securities regulations that the lawyers must approve or get exemptions for. We will update as soon as we hear more and can get the process started.
